The reluctant food photographer - Per-Anders Jörgensen

Per Anders Jörgensen is inspired by fashion rather than the stereotypes of food. He features in-depth stories on the world’s food innovators and most extraordinary places. Since first encountering food photography over 20 years ago he has tried to see beyond the traditional food photography, using almost exclusively natural light in a sparse ”Nordic” style. He has worked with top chefs and clients all over the world transforming their dishes and produce into visually thrilling pictures as well as photographing portraits that touch the soul. He is co-editor in chief of award winning gastronomic magazine Fool. 

He will disclose the secrets behind creating Fool Magazine as well as going into detail about several stories and images.

Since first encountering food photography over 20 years ago he has tried to see beyond the stereotypes of food photography, using almost exclusively natural light in a sparse ”Nordic” style. 
He has worked with top chefs and clients all over the world transforming their dishes and produce into visually thrilling pictures as well as photographing portraits that touch the soul. 
Jörgensen has made several exhibitions and books, including ”Eating with the chefs”.
